United States Army Colonel (Retired) Wayne Turnbull

Wayne Turnbull

Wayne served as an accomplished senior leader and international affairs professional with 38 years of exceptional success as a defense and security assistance expert, strategic analyst and problem solver. He is a retired US Army Colonel and Southeast Asia specialist with proven success designing and leading large, diverse programs with foreign partners. As the former US Senior Defense Official in Thailand, Wayne possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in national security strategy and planning, international negotiations, Asia security dynamics and strategic communications. He has had previous senior level postings for the US Government in Vietnam, East Timor, Indonesia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Wayne continues to be involved in providing expert strategic consulting services to his diverse range of clients in Southeast Asia.

Thomas (Tom) Pecora

Tom has spent more than 34 years in the security profession and is a former CIA Senior Security Officer who retired after 24 years of service protecting CIA personnel. He managed large security programs and operations on multiple continents and in multiple war zones. Experienced in protective operations, crisis management, personnel/physical security and counterterrorism, he served as Chief of Security for the CIA in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq.

During his government career, Tom received the Intelligence Star, the CIA’s second highest honor for valor, as well the Career Intelligence Medal for exceptional achievements that substantially contributed to CIA’s global mission.

Since his retirement, Tom and his company, Pecora Consulting Service, LLC have been providing discreet services to a number of companies around the world and he is also serving as a Adjunct Professor at Wright State University. Tom is a published author of the book, “GUARDIAN – Life in the Crosshairs of the CIA’s War on Terror.”

Richard (Rich) Antonisse

Rich is a retired US Army Colonel with over 40 years of experience as a senior leader in the defense, security and intelligence fields. He has led, trained and mentored national and multi-national teams in hostile and benign environments to ensure the success of highly-sensitive operations of international importance. Col Antonisse’s expertise has directly contributed to the establishment and development of sensitive liaison partnerships throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia in the defense and security realms.

His commitment to excellence throughout his career has earned him numerous awards, to include the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star Medal. As a result of his service in Thailand he was appointed by HM King Rama X as a Companion in the Royal Thai Order of the Direkgunabhorn (เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์อันเป็นที่สรรเสริญยิ่งดิเรกคุณาภรณ์).

Rich is the owner and director of a private security company providing a full range of security consultancy services to US-based clients.

Royal Thai Air Force Wing Commander (Retired) Phatsaphong Worawatphokin

Phatsaphong Worawatphokin

Khun Phatsaphong is a retired Royal Thai Air Force Wing Commander and senior special operations commander with over 25 years of experience in support of the Thai military’s national counterterrorism missions. Assigned to provide direct support to the Thai Royal Family, Khun Phatsaphong participated, advised and led national-level counterterrorism teams in their successful accomplishment of international direct action missions throughout Asia and the Middle East. In addition to being a senior leader in the Royal Thai Army’s Counterterrorism Operations Center (CTOC), he has served as the chief of protective details for the Royal Thai Air Force’s commander and other senior officers.

Following his retirement form the Royal Thai Air Force, Khun Phatsaphong has served as the special operations security manager and advisor for one of the largest and most prestigious retail shopping facilities in Thailand, as well as a major rail network.
